Ajoutez le tout sur le riz et r\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e9langez le vinaigre avec le sel, ajoutez l\u2019huile, la moutarde et le poivre. M\u00e9langez bien le tout et versez la vinaigrette sur la salade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Faites cuire les \u0153ufs dans de l\u2019eau bouillante pendant une dizaine de minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient cuits durs. \u00c9caillez-les et coupez-les en quartiers. Ajoutez-les sur le dessus de la salade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9corez votre salade au choix avec quelques olives noires, du persil finement hach\u00e9 (ou la ciboulette) et quelques <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">petits morceaux de fromage (au choix).
