Pour cette raison, le magazine zahrat al maghrib vous propose une belle recette des l\u00e9gumes farcis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><u>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 4 personnes<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>300 g de viande de mouton hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>4 oignons<\/li>\n<li>2 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>80 g de riz cuit \u00e0 l&#8217;eau<\/li>\n<li>1 cuil \u00e0 soupe de piment doux<\/li>\n<li>1 cuil. \u00e0 soupe de tomate concentr\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>4 courgettes<\/li>\n<li>4 poivrons verts<\/li>\n<li>4 tomates<\/li>\n<li>4 cuil. \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<\/li>\n<li>1 gousse d&#8217;ail<\/li>\n<li>1 cuil. \u00e0 soupe de persil hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 cuil. \u00e0 soupe de coriandre fra\u00eeche hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>sel, poivre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><u>Etapes de pr\u00e9paration<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">M\u00e9langez ensemble la viande hach\u00e9e, l&#8217;ail et un gros oignon finement hach\u00e9s, le persil, la coriandre, le riz et les \u0153ufs. Assaisonnez de sel, poivre et piment doux<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Lavez les l\u00e9gumes, coupez la partie haute des tomates et des poivrons et videz-les. D\u00e9coupez les courgettes en tron\u00e7ons et \u00e9videz chaque tron\u00e7on afin de former une cavit\u00e9. Garnissez chaque l\u00e9gume de farce.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Pr\u00e9chauffez le four th. 7 (210 \u00b0C). Versez 1 cuil. d&#8217;huile dans une po\u00eale, faites fondre les oignons restants sans colorer, ajoutez le concentr\u00e9 de tomate et 12 cl d&#8217;eau. Salez, poivrez et donnez une \u00e9bullition.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Versez dans un plat allant au four, rangez les l\u00e9gumes farcis dessus. Arrosez-les d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et mettez \u00e0 cuire pendant 25 min environ en arrosant de temps en temps.
